Vendors at the Kerala tea shops make the final mix of the brew in a curious act. In a display of skills they pour the brew from the mixing vessel to the glass twice or thrice in a tall stream  with accurate aim for a perfect mixing of sugar, milk and tea and also work up a forth in the tea.  

In Kerala only rare  by will you spot a major public place without a tea shop. In villages these shops also serve as a venue for socializing with the locals discussing anything under the sun over a cup of tea.
