This video portrays Stupa 1 at Sanchi, a place known for the Buddhist monuments in the State of Madhya Pradesh in India. Located around 68 km from Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh, Sanchi situated on a hilltop is listed as one of the World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.

Sanchi has stupas known as the most striking edifices in Buddhist as well as Mauryan styles. There are three stupas in this historical place and Stupa number one (also known as the Great stupa) and three are akin to each other.
