Manchershaw F. Pithawala (1872-1937) was a trained academic realist Indian painter and was a student of John Griffiths at Sir J. J School of Art in Mumbai. Acclaimed as a portraitist his art work depicts his acute observations and his talent in portraying the observations he found.
