Jallikattu is a bull taming sport played in the villages of Tamil Nadu. It is one of the oldest living ancient sports and is usually held during the Pongal celebrations, especially on Mattu Pongal day. The video shows toreadors striving hard to tame the Jallikattu Kaaalai (bull) in a village near Madurai. Unlike in the Spanish style, the bulls are not killed in the end and the bullfighters are not supposed to carry weapon with them.
