Masjid-u-Salam, a mosque built out of temple and church in Kerala

Raised from building materials of an old temple and a church, a mosque is a shining example of communal harmony in Kerala. The Masjid-u-Salam is situated in Parambu, a small town in Kasaragod district of Kerala. A group of Muslims arrived in the town to find themselves no place to worship. They decided to build a mosque.
