Communal harmony on Vijaya Dashmi day

Vidhya - Arambham is actually a Hindu ceremony conducted on the day God King Rama killed Ravana. On Vidhya – Arambham day little toddlers are initiated into the world of letters and education. It is held on the Vijaya Dashmi Day. This year however there was happy development. The Latin Catholic Church in Thiruvananthapuram also celebrated the festival of ‘Vidhya Arambham’ where children were initiated into the world of education.
