Rumali Roti Making

A traditional element in Mughalai cuisine, Rumali Roti is a wafer thin bread served in the northern parts of India. Literally meaning handkerchief bread, Rumali Roti is a thin and supple unleavened bread used as an accompaniment to chicken dishes. It is made with white wheat flours and is best cooked on top of an inverted Indian griddle (kadhai).
