Summer 2007: an inspiring movie for farmers

It is not often that the plight of the rural farmers is brought to the notice of urban youth. But the film Summer 2007 strives to do exactly the same. It hits the youth with the sufferings of farmers during the summer of 2007 and the spate of farmer suicides which hit the countryside. Farmers in Allahabad also had an opportunity to see the film which portrays their world.
