Himalayan Zoological Park At Gangtok

Himalayan Zoological Park, the only wildlife preservation centre in north-east India, is located across the road opposite Ganesh Tok in Gangtok, Sikkim. This high altitude wildlife park is home to siberian tiger, himalayan black bear and barking deer. Himalayan animals such as elusive snow leopard, red panda, and tibetan wolf are also housed here. Nearby this one can see the snow leopard breeding centre.
