Dhanurasana (The bow pose)

Lie face down on your abdomen with the forehead touching the ground. Then bend the knees and bring the feet up. Reach back with your hands to hold the ankles.

Inhale and arch the body upwards by lifting the head and thighs off the ground. Remain in the position for ten seconds or a maximum of one minute.
