Finely chopped ginger - 5 tsp
Green chilly (large type) - 5
Curd - ½ cup
Salt to taste
Method of preparation
Grind the ginger and green chillies for a second (half ground). Mix all the ingredients in curd, to get the pungent and tangy Inchi Thair which is said to be equivalent to thousand curries.
