Indian fish preparations offer a wide range of choices to suit any palate.
500 gm boneless fish, steamed
2 tsp of mustard paste
2 tsp of lime juice
1 tsp of garlic paste
1 tbsp of mustard oil
2 chopped green chillies
Mash the steamed fish. Pour the oil into a small flying pan and stir-fry the garlic paste. To the stir-fried garlic paste, add the mustard paste and stir for half a minute. Add the garlic-mustard paste to the mashed fish and mix well.
Just before serving, add the green chillies, salt and lime juice. Fish preparations are the preferred food choices of coastal line.
