This Indian food item is something you can cook up in a jiffy when you want rice but not plain old rice.
Serves : 4
1 cup rice, cleaned and washed
2 cups of fish, boiled and mashed
1 tbsp of flour
4 tbsp of cooking oil
2 onions, chopped
4 green chillies, chopped
2 tsp of salt
Boil the rice in two cups of boiling water and a teaspoon of salt. Mix the mashed fish with the flour. Fry the mashed fish in the oil and keep aside. Now fry the onion and then add the green chillies. Fry for a minute. Add the fried fish and the remaining salt.
Just before serving, mix this into the cooked rice.
