Bhujangasana - A variation

Once you have mastered the Bhujangasana you can try a slightly varied form of the same asana.

From the Bhujangasana, move the legs a little apart and walk the hands back towards the hips as far as possible. Now bend the knees and bring the feet up over the head. In this variation, the abdomen is also allowed to rise slightly from the ground.
