Sit in the normal cross legged position. Then take hold of the right foot with both hands and gently bring the sole of the foot close to your chest. Now slide the foot towards the nose and finally up to the forehead. Bend your head a little forward and place your leg over your right shoulder. By straightening your leg slightly you can bring the foot right behind the head.
Remaining so, try to bring your hands in a prayer position. Remain in the position for a few seconds. Repeat the pose with your left leg.
