The State Tourism Corporation takes pride in maintaining this hundred year old golf course of world recognition. To reach Gulmarg by air, the nearest airhead is situated in the district of Badgam and Jammu is the nearest railhead. Batmallo is the nearest bus station from where local transports are available to reach Srinagar, 57 kms from Gulmarg.
