Method of preparation
Many women lose the tone of their abdominal muscles after delivery. One solution to this problem is the regular intake of a mixture of turmeric and honey for some time. Grind some dry turmeric into a fine powder. Make sure there are no big particles in the powder. This is to be mixed with honey and taken in everyday.
Dosage
One teaspoon of turmeric powder (5 grams), mixed with 2 teaspoons of honey, to be had twice a day. If this treatment is carried out regularly, the stomach will shrink and regain its original muscle tone.
