Bashpasweda
Ooshmasweda or Bashpasweda is another treatment method of ayurveda for attending certain health problems. The patient is made to either sit or lie supine in a specially made sauna box, with only the head exposed. Water is boiled with herbs. Herbal steam is released into this box for a specified period for sudation.
